About Our Team

  • Jas-
      • comes from a retail family background. He has personal experience in taking over a running business, realising and utilising potentials to increase turnover, and selling them off.

        Jas has built up relationships and works closely with several retail owner/ franchise national wholesalers.

        He has built up a 3000 sq ft convenience store , which was the first store in Scotland with an in store sub post office , and a Pharmacy,  which his family now runs. 

        Property investment is another business which Jas has built up from a single residential flat in 1988, to now owning office buildings, and high street Investments let out to national chains    

    • Sunil-
    • comes from a family background steeped in business, whether retail, leisure or restaurants.

    He is charter surveyor with over 14 years in experience and has previously been a director with one of the largest property consultancy firms in the UK.

    Sunil has a good understanding of the full business lifecycle from preparing business plans, to operating a business, streamlining the value chain and formation of exit strategies; much of this has been gained from is Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

    Franchising is an area of particular interest to Sunil, having successfully completed a dissertation on this subject during his MBA studies.

    • Alastair:-
    • Alastair’s focus is brokering the sale and acquisition of care homes, specialist care facilities, children’s day nurseries and care development sites throughout Scotland and the North of England. He has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge from over 10 years as an agent and associate director with two major commercial firms and has sold everything from small family run care home businesses to care home groups and every size of children’s day nursery.

    • Kenny-
    • Kenny offers a range of services, including quick appraisal review of the business, designed at helping single unit operators formulate and measure growth strategy.

    Kenny can also prepare detailed business plans for presentation to prospective lenders. Kenny can help you achieve premium price for your business from the Brewers or National Managed and Tenanted Estate operators or perhaps an independent operator through the use of his diverse and varied network and contacts.

    • Tom McCulloch-
    • Tom is a protection specialist with over 14 year experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.

    He has helped many business owners plan their exit from business to minimise taxation. In addition he has over 5 years’ experience of running his own commercial loans brokerage so fully understands the mechanics of corporate fiancé and restructuring debt and financing growth phase of the business.
